METASTATIC DISEASE-RELATED QUESTIONS • W here has the uveal melanoma (UM) spread? • D o I need additional scans to fully assess the extent of disease? • S hould my tumor be tested for genetic mutations? How could those results affect my treatment plan? • W hat are the options for treating my tumors and what are the most common side effects for each option? • D o you recommend liver-directed therapy, systemic therapy, or a combination of both? • W hat are the goals of these treatments (e.g., shrink tumor, control symptoms, extend survival)?
