Interfaced extensively with pharmaceutical companies and stockists to negotiate pricing on the entire range of products. Introduced a first of its kind blood thinner injection exclusively available at our store that alone contributed to driving sales by US$25,000 in the first six months. Commenced operations at Ketkar Hospital in July 2022 to remove supply chain deficiencies between Store 1 and 2.
