This enabled the client to seamlessly scale-up across all supply chain platforms and grow the fleet size by approximately five times. Led a team to deliver an enterprise ordering application for Vodafone UK. As the lead developer, implemented and oversaw the application build from scratch until the go-live release. This automation reduced order failures by 55%, reduced the time to place an order by 60%, and resulted in 50% fewer clicks to submit an end-to-end order. Built a comprehensive core module for an automated router onboarding journey in Vodafone UK. As a technical developer, implemented the file transfer system for the new application which replaced the manual journey. This project saved £600,000 in OpEx costs, cut out errors by 100%, and increased the customer net promoter score (NPS).
