Organised Cadent Gas representatives to undertake a tour of Trant’s offsite manufacture and assembly division. This resulted in Cadent awarding Trant a framework to deliver the design and build framework of 13 Working at Height Platforms around the UK. Liaised with a team of barristers on a large prolongation dispute between Trant and Amey LG. We formed a cohesive team that led to us conclusively winning the case, with a sum of £1.2 million awarded to Trant.
