CABLE PLAN

MAIN CABLES

A beautifully lit yard starts with a good cable and lighting plan. You use your lighting plan to first determine where the transformer is to be mounted, such as in a shed. You then plan how the cables will be routed from the transformer to the yard and along the elements and areas you wish to illuminate.

Several cables can be laid in the yard from the transformer. The HUB-50 and HUB-100 have two cable outlets, while the SMART HUB-150 has three. You determine the routing of the cables based on the fixtures in your lighting plan. When formulating your plan, keep in mind the maximum cable lengths of 40 m (14/2) and 80 m (10/2).
