During the DISC design process, the focus was on shape and light output. In developing this new concept, we found our inspiration in natural shapes. The concept features curves and soft shapes that incorporate distinct natural elements. The bollard, for instance, is clearly reminiscent of a toadstool and the light source in the fixtures has an incline that alludes to natural forms. The concept is elegant, with a soft look and feel, yet a contemporary design.

Not only are our fixture casings of perfect quality, but the LED bulbs are also from the very best suppliers. IN-LITE MOTION in-lite motion is one of the most innovative features of in-lite fixtures. HUMAN DIMMING Ultimate user-friendliness is the goal when designing new fixtures. In the newest DISC concept, this is reflected in the method used to dim the 230V hanging lights. No dimmer needs to be installed and the lights are dimmed with a simple hand movement. We call this “Human Dimming”. This technique is becoming increasingly common in exclusive indoor lighting and now also available for the DISC PENDANT 100-230V. This way, you can easily control your lighting from your lounge set or dining table.

ONE WITH NATURE Innovation and design go hand in hand. We developed the SWAY to be integrated naturally into the yard. The design is highly minimalistic so that it does not attract attention among plants and bushes. And to give the fixture an extra natural touch, the body of the SWAY has been made flexible. This lets it sway with the wind and continuously create new shadows in the yard. To achieve this effect, the body of the fixture needed to have just enough flexibility to move without sagging. The in-lite system is based on low voltage (12 volts). Unlike 230V systems, in-lite lighting is safe and easy to install without having to use an electrician. Any landscaper or consumer can work with in-lite lighting. Since we develop and produce our own system, we have more than 20 years of experience in using it. This has resulted in a reliable system that offers the ultimate in user-friendliness and a 5-year warranty.

The SMART HUB-150 is the most innovative transformer from in-lite. It has three individually operated cable outlets. The transformer is operated using the in-lite app.

HUB-50 & HUB-100

The HUB controls the outdoor lighting. A touch screen is used to easily configure the desired settings. The HUB-50 and HUB-100 cables cannot be operated separately.

CABLE

A 12V cable is rolled out from the transformer and guided along the fixtures. You can choose between two types: the 14/2 and the 10/2 cable. With the 14/2 cable, the distance between the transformer and end of the cable may be no longer than 40 meters. With the 10/2 cable, the maximum distance is 80 meters.

CABLE SPLITTING

Want to split or branch the cable? Use the cable connector (CC-2) to split the cable plan in no time. Just make sure that any branches are included in the maximum cable length between the HUB and fixture.

EASY LOCK

Every fixture comes with an EASY LOCK. This is used to connect the fixture to any point along the main cable.

CABLE END

The cable can end anywhere in the yard and does not have to form a closed system. Cable caps are added to the cable ends to ensure that moisture cannot enter. These are available in two versions for the different cables.

SMART HUB-150

The SMART HUB is the most innovative transformer in our range and controls the lighting using the in-lite app. Mount the transformer, install the lighting, download the app and you’ll have a personalized lighting plan in no time. The SMART HUB-150 gives you the option to configure every cable separately. This makes it possible, for example. to easily create light zones in your yard where the lighting switches on and off at different times. A highly economical way to illuminate your yard.

ACCESSORIES

Is the cable for an in-lite fixture not long enough? Use the extension cords. Another great option is the splitter that lets you connect two fixtures to one extension cord.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS HUB-50, HUB-100 and SMART HUB-150

Mount the transformer at least 50 cm from the ground under an overhang or veranda.

Mount the transformer inside the house or in a shed.

Mount the transformer outside without protection from the elements at least 50 cm from the ground and using the PROTECTOR . If the transformer is installed outside without the PROTECTOR, the warranty will not apply.

SMART HUB PROTECTOR The SMART HUB PROTECTOR was developed to even better protect the sophisticated technology of the SMART HUB-150 transformer. This accessory extends the service life of the product if it is not possible to install the SMART HUB-150 in an area protected from the elements. If the transformer is installed outside without the PROTECTOR, the warranty will not apply.

SMART MOVE Like the SMART HUB-150, the wireless SMART MOVE can be operated through a Bluetooth connection using the in-lite app. The length of time that the lighting is on after movement has been detected can be set variably by the minute from 1 to 60 minutes using the in-lite app.

SMART EXTENDER This newcomer to the in-lite smart range was developed to improve the Bluetooth signal in and around the house. In some homes, external factors like thick, insulated walls and steel constructions can reduce Bluetooth signal strength and quality. There is also considerable variation in the quality of the various Bluetooth receivers in today’s smartphones. The SMART EXTENDER ensures an optimal connection in such circumstances.
