Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Group Exercise Schedule

There’s a lot going on at your Fitness Center this summer, so in case you didn’t know: After Labor Day Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. The application for a PIN can be found on the club’s website under “Club Documents & Forms” or click here .

Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Clasess that lack sufficient participation may be canceled. Barre** Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Early Bird Cardio/Strength** Monday/Friday at 6:00 AM. Fitness Fusion* Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30 AM. Fitness Yoga** Friday at 5:30 PM. Gentle Yoga** Tuesday/Thursday at 9:45 AM. Pilates** Morning Classes: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8:30 AM. Evening Classes: Monday/ Wednesday at 5:00 PM (beginner/ intermediate), Monday/Wednesday at 6:00 PM (Intermediate Plus). Seniorcize* Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM (45 minutes). Toning + Abs* Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Saturday at 10:00 AM. Vinyasa Flow** Sunday at 10:00 AM. *Standard Class Rates: $13/ drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/ drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, members may sign up for the following month’s classes by calling extension 1234 or emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a slightly higher fee. For the most current class offerings, check the website or call extension 1234. - You can participate in small group training with Arnie (contact arnskates2@aol.com ) or Matt ( wingman4256@gmail.com ), indoors or outside using the new “boot camp” equipment.

- You can give your summer skin a boost with one of our special facial offerings, which include the Anti- Aging, Anti-Oxidant Facial; the O2 Oxygenating Lift; the Firming Neck and Décolletage Treatment; or the Purifying Acne Treatment. Contact Trish ( trishgray@verizon.net ) to schedule. - You can take advantage of our guest Specialty Trainer, LaRue Cook ( larue.cook@lecfitness.com ), who can help you prevent injuries and prepare you to play better tennis, among other things! - You can work with Corrective Exercise Specialist Denny Pinch ( dennypinch@comcast.net ) to correct muscular imbalances in your body to help you move better and perform better in your sport of choice.

B T CAMP CHALLENGE

Want to get in better shape and have fun in the sun? Sign up for the “Boot Camp Challenge,” a unique course of outdoor exercises, all of which can be adapted to anyone's level of comfort. A complete list of the exercises and the various options for each is available on the “Fitness Links” page of the club’s website. Complete the course on August 6 at 9 AM and you will be entered to win a $100 club gift certificate! The entry fee of $15 includes a Boot Camp Challenge t-shirt.
