Areas will be open to the Business Developer and its organization.
3.4 限制地区业务开展人对其市场成员在限制地区实施的或者作用及于该 地区的一切违规行为产生的后果承担同等责任。 The Business Developer shall assume equal liabilities for the consequences arising from all
violations of its organization in or acting on Restricted Areas.
3.5 限制地区开放担保人对限制地区业务开展人及其市场成员在限制地区 实施的或者作用及于该地区的一切违规行为产生的后果承担同等责任。 The qualified guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas shall assume equal
liabilities for the consequences arising from all violations of its guaranteed Business
Developers and of the organizations of the Business Developers in or acting on Restricted
Areas.

4.1 限制地区业务开展人及其市场成员不得在禁止地区或者限制地区开展 业务活动。 The Business Developer and its organization may not develop business in Prohibited Areas
or restricted areas.
4.2 户籍所在地位于限制地区的个人符合以下各项条件的，可以成为会员 顾客申请人： The individual whose address of registered permanent residence is located within Restricted Areas may apply for the membership of customer if meets the followings: 1 ） 推荐人为限制地区业务开展人或其市场成员； The enroller is a Business Developer of Restricted Areas or in its organization; 2 ） 能够提供开放城市的居住证明且送货地址与实际居住地址一致的； any residence certification of open areas can be provided and the delivery address and the
actual residence address are the same. 3 ） 其他符合申请会员顾客的条件。 Other conditions of customer application.
4.3 符合本规则第 4.2 条规定的会员顾客申请人在申请成为会员顾客时，应 当在《美乐家会员顾客协议书》上注明限制地区业务开展人的名称或者 法定代表人或负责人的姓名。 When applying for becoming a customer, the applicant that meets the provisions of Article
4.2 here of shall indicate the name of the Business Developer or the name of its legal
representative or owner in the Melaleuca Membership Customer Agreement .
