4.4 限制地区会员顾客申请送货地址变更至其他开放地区，并提供新地址 的居住证明的，可以予以变更。 If a customer whose address of registered permanent residence is in Restricted Areas applies
for altering the delivery address to an address located in Open Areas and provides residence
certification at the new address, such alteration may be approved.
限制地区业务发展中止和终止 Suspension and Termination of Business Development in Restricted Areas

5.1 限制地区业务开展人及其市场成员的业务发展因以下情况而中止： The business development of any Business Developer and its organization shall be
suspended if any of the followings: 1 ） 限制地区业务开展人级别低于资深服务商（ SD ）； The status of the Business Developer is lower than SD;
2 ） 限制地区开放担保人级别低于执行服务商（ ED ）或者恢复执行推广服务 商或以上级别不足三个月，且无其他符合本规则第 3.2 条规定的限制地 区开放担保人的； The status of the guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas is lower than ED,
or the guarantor has resumed ED or above less than 3 months, and there is no other qualified
guarantor that meets the provisions of Article 3.2 hereof 3 ） 限制地区开放担保人丧失担保资格，且无其他符合本规则第 3.2 条规定 的限制地区开放担保人的。 The guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas forfeits the qualification of
guarantee, and there is no other qualified guarantor that meets the provisions of Article 3.2
hereof.
5.2 限制地区业务开展人及其市场成员的业务发展因本规则第 6.3 条规定 的情形而终止。 The business development of any Business Developer and its organization shall be
terminated due to the situation set forth in Article 6.3 hereof.
处罚 Penalty

6.1 在限制地区内，限制地区业务开展人或其市场成员第一次出现涉及虚 假会员违规情形，按照《虚假会员案件处理程序规则》处理，并对限制 地区业务开展人予以警告。 Within Restricted Areas, for the first time of the propping of the Business Developer or
someone in its organization, Propping Case Processing Rules shall apply, and a warning
