These women are reaching new heights at their companies by putting partners front and center, demonstrating strong business acumen and collaborating with colleagues to drive success. Keep an eye on these up-and-comers who are poised to rise to the top.

Alexandra (Sasha) Gorbatenko Global Channel Marketing Program Manager Acronis Gorbatenko launched a number of powerful pro- motions for cloud service providers, which gener- ated over $4 million in incremental annual recur- ring revenue for Acronis.

Stephanie Erickson Channel Account Manager, Southeast Adlumin Erickson joined Adlumin— a young channel-first company poised for hyper- growth—in October 2022 and in her first four months signed and on-boarded five net-new partners in her region.

Florence Sollo National Partner Director Avaya Sollo is a tireless coach and has exhibited urgency, commitment and follow- through in supporting her team and her partners. In 2023, she took these strengths to a different set of large national partners, serving as an additional layer of leadership. Jessica Rudy Principal Program Experience Leader Amazon Web Services Rudy leads the AWS Partner Network Programs Delivery expe- rience, working behind the scenes to simplify partner registration, on- boarding requirements and program application experience.

Jennifer Kirkey-Chan Director, North America Channel Marketing AMD Kirkey-Chan was recently named to her new role and brings considerable expertise to the mission of helping drive stronger marketing relationships with AMD’s channel and OEM partners.

Hannah Osterheim Director, Customer Success, MSP Arctic Wolf Osterheim’s winning atti- tude and willingness to commit herself to helping MSP partners succeed make her an invaluable member of the channel team. She constantly advo- cates for partners at events and with the sales teams. Tiffany Harris Director, Global Marketplaces, Cloud Partner Sales Broadcom Harris leverages her can-do attitude to equip Broadcom partners and improve their overall experience. She is instru- mental when it comes to reporting and what happens with quoting, fulfillment and support.

Kirsten Vogelsang Partner Marketing Specialist Barracuda MSP Vogelsang joined Barracuda MSP in 2022, tasked with revamping its partner marketing enable- ment offerings. She has spearheaded the stream- lining of a new marketing enablement request pro- cess and completed its initial rollout.

In her work at immix- Group, an Arrow Company, Cohen has a deep under- standing of the public sector buying process. Her passion for customer support and operational excellence helps channel partners reach their goals.

In her role at Atlassian, Gerichten built a team focused on more effectively engaging partners. With that goal in mind, she and her team re-envisioned communication systems, content and channels.
