Choose a companion Practice Class: Students registered for a Practice class wishing to learn the Form would select the corresponding Instructional class as follows: Beginning students registered for either Senior Beginner 1 Practice or Adult Beginner 2 Practice should choose Adult Beginner Instructional 1 & 2. Senior Intermediate Practice class or Adult Intermediate Practice students should choose Adult Intermediate Instructional. Senior Advanced 1 & 2 Practice or Adult Advanced 1 & 2 Practice students should choose Adult Advanced 1 or Adult Advanced 2 Instructional. Also included is a means for Q&A and bonus material such as emailed handouts and access to videos that provide further instruction for at-home practice. This is a live virtual class through Zoom. Through breath/energy exercises such as Neigongs and Chi Gongs and a sequence of graceful, slow flowing movements called the Form, students will discover why, for centuries, many have practiced Tai Chi’s unique approach in providing balance and well-being. Choose a companion Instructional class; students who want to learn the movements of the Form in detail also should register for the applicable virtual Adult Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Instructional class.
