Our History

G rowing up in a large Italian and Portuguese family I learned to cook frommy mom. She was a state champion baker and an expert at feeding large crowds. I had my first restaurant in 1988 specializing in sandwiches and catering parties and events. Pleasant View has needed a restaurant like The Pioneer Diner for a long time. Our Specialities Fresh ingredients not frozen, made to order! MEATS cooked over a wood fire! Beef Tri -Tip yum! Cut from the bottom sirloin we trim it down and grill it over a wood fire. Slice it thin for sandwiches or thick steak size and add it to a breakfast plate of eggs and seasoned taters. We Would Love To Hear From You!
