The Rating & Taxation team is recognised as one of the most successful and dynamic teams within CBRE and has considerably increased turnover and profitability over the last two years, resulting in the need for an additional team member to provide support to the Senior Director, and lead an established team of ratings surveyors. This immediate need will offer the opportunity to work alongside fellow directors and be a key contributor in the development of business opportunities which largely come from internal referrals, and and have a focus on Central London offices and retail.
