Whistleblower protection and reporting channels
The company is committed to safeguarding the well-being, dignity and security of its employees and their families through a comprehensive system of social protection and emergency support. Formally established internal policies ensure structured assistance in life-critical and unforeseen circumstances, including illness, disability, death in the family and natural disasters , with financial assistance for medical treatment in Serbia and abroad, procurement of essential medical devices, rehabilitation services and aid in cases of long-term reduced work ability. The company also provides education stipends for employees’ children, reinforcing its long-term commitment to families. Social protection and emergency support
Air Serbia maintains a comprehensive labour governance framework aligned with national legislation and internal standards, set out in the Employment Rulebook, which ensures consistent, fair and structured treatment of employees across the entire employment life cycle. The company fully respects employees’ freedom of association and the right to collective representation, and maintains continuous, constructive social dialogue with one representative trade union on matters such as working conditions, employee welfare, safety and professional development. Air Serbia does not have a collective bargaining agreement in place; accordingly, 0% of employees are covered by such an agreement, while 100% are covered by the Employment Rulebook, which uniformly defines employment conditions, rights and obligations, reward elements and disciplinary procedures. A unified benefits framework applies to all employees regardless of contract type or working hours, including paid leave, transportation benefits, preferential travel benefits and access to internal development opportunities.
A formal whistleblower protection framework, aligned with the National Whistleblower Protection Act, ensures that employees can safely and confidentially report suspected wrongdoing without fear of retaliation. Clear guidance is provided through the Whistleblower Policy and Notice on reporting channels, confidentiality safeguards and available protections. The application and effectiveness of this mechanism are tracked on an ongoing basis; in 2025, no whistleblowing cases were reported, indicating both the stability of internal governance processes and the absence of formally raised concerns requiring investigation.
