Air Serbia supports a range of charitable, social and cultural initiatives, often by donating flights as prizes or by giving its used uniforms a new purpose through responsible reuse. Charitable and cultural support

In cooperation with the Sremčica institution for children and young people, Air Serbia donated more than 700 clothing items from previous uniform collections, providing practical support for children and young people requiring additional care and assistance. Beyond the material value of the donation, the initiative reflects the company's commitment to solidarity, dignity and equal opportunities for all members of the community. The donation also formed part of Air Serbia's wider efforts to promote responsible reuse practices and extend the lifecycle of corporate materials through socially beneficial initiatives. Empowering women - Dress for Success Belgrade

Through a partnership with the organization Dress for Success Belgrade - Obučena za uspeh , Air Serbia supported initiatives focused on the empowerment and professional development of unemployed women from various social and economic backgrounds. The campaign, titled Like an Aircraft , Strong and Fearless , included the donation of more than 500 pieces of uniforms previously used by Air Serbia cabin crew and employees, giving them a new purpose in supporting women entering or returning to the workforce.

The initiative went beyond material support and also included educational workshops organized by Air Serbia's Human Resources team, aimed at strengthening self-confidence, professional skills and workplace readiness. By supporting projects that promote inclusion, equal opportunities and social empowerment, the company reinforces the importance of diversity and equal participation in the labour market
