Cosmic Rhapsody Bounded at start & was slow to begin. Flemington 18/06/2022 Diamonds Inthe Sky Got its head up on leaving the barriers. Near the 1000 metres raced tight. Mornington 13/06/2022 Veranskova Began awkwardly. For some distance approaching and passing the 200m was awkwardly placed on heels when held up. Was then unable to obtain clear running over the final 100m. Tactics queried. Rider erred in failing to hold position near the 650m and not allowing mount to be crossed. Flemington 22/09/2021

RE in relation to the gelding’s performance that it covered ground in the early and middle stages of the event; however, the gelding never travelled and did not run on as he had anticipated. Vet NVA Murray Bridge GH 18/06/2022 COT. More forward. Bumped at the start. Settled worse than midfield. Flemington 02/07/2022 Hampered at the start when tightened for room. Flemington 02/07/2022 Became unbalanced shortly after the start after brushing with a runner. Caulfield 25/06/2022 Bumped at the start. Rider reported instructed to settle where comfortable-Said after beginning reasonably well, settled comfortably in a forward position and therefore elected to maintain this position in preference to restraining-added gelding failed to handle heavy track conditions. A post race vet exam failed to reveal any abs-FOLLOW UP Ladbrokes Park Hillside 11/06/2022 Knuckled at the start Ladbrokes Park Hillside 11/06/2022 Raced wide without cover throughout. Caulfield 09/07/2022 Got its head up and over raced approaching the 800m. Flemington 02/07/2022 Raced four wide without cover and overraced. Laid in under pressure in the straight. When questioned, rider advised that he settled further back than intended due to having begun only fairly and was then obliged to race wide with the slow tempo. He added that approaching the 600m he elected to shift in from a wide position to behind Cardinal Gem in an attempt to move into the race with cover, rather than having to be taken out and race wide around the home turn. He also reported that the gelding hung in in the home straight and in his opinion today’s circumstances did not suit the gelding Caulfield 25/06/2022 Apprentice rdr explained his instructions were to settle where comfortable, however with the application of blinkers and the step up in distance, after beginning well he settled further forward than intended. Caulfield 25/06/2022 Began awkwardly and was slow into stride. Held up for clear running from the 350m to the 250m. Ladbrokes Park Lakeside 06/07/2022
