Relationships are a vital part of life. How you cultivate them is a key factor in a fulfilled life. Without strong, caring, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationships, you will never reach a level of fulfillment you desire. Fortunately, a few simple approaches to rela- tionships can make them less mysterious. Whether you want better skills to successfully start a new relationship, strengthen an existing one, or assemble the facts to make a decision to possibly end a bad relationship, the information in this section will allow you to make relationships one of the most fulfilling parts of your life. Just like the main theme of this book is to create a core that allows you to master any part of your life that you choose, estab- lishing a sub-core for relationships will allow you to handle all personal interactions in a manner that produces optimal results. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to build a relationship with your spouse or your postal carrier. Each of those relationships should have the same core aspects that will make them successful. This section will cover all areas of relationships. We are going to cover some things that you probably would never even think fall under this type of category.
