are made but my Customer Service Department does all they can to create total satisfaction. But sometimes no matter what you do you can’t satisfy everyone. I want to share with you a recent email exchange that I had with someone who purchased one of my Real Estate courses. He somehow got my personal email address. I only share this with you to show my own evolution. Five years ago I would not have handled this situation in the manner I do today. This man had sent several emails to the customer service department. They tried to help this individual but he was not sat- isfied. Shortly after these email exchanges, I got my first email with the subject line: Wrong Victim Here is the exact text of what he sent:

You guys just made a big mistake. You have no intention of returning my refund requested money. I am right now hap- pily sending a letter to the Attorney General of Arizona and West Virginia. I am requesting a full investigation of your money return practices. I stupidly fell for your infomercial (which now I taped for evidence in court) and I sent my hard earned money to a bunch of thieves (which soon will be investigated) for the amount of $110.10 on 22 August 2005 for some worthless brochure and DVD’s. I returned the worthless merchandise back and I still haven not received my refund money. It looks that you guys have no intention of returning my money as advertised, so guess what!!! I am sending a letter not only to the Attorney General of Arizona and West Virginia but I will send this issue to the FBI, Internet Fraud Division, CNN, CBS, FOX, I already con- tacted some of them and they are very interested on my case.
