You have until Friday December 2, 2005 to return my money or else I will go beyond the Attorney Generals. Also, I bought down a company in California for failing to return a manufacturers rebate to me —___________Co. I got them down very good. My lawyers smell money on your scam and practices. So, you either return my money or else. I talked to _________ and _____________several times and they always say the check is in the mail. No more games. Let’s fight in court and see who wins?

I am sorry to hear what you have gone through. I just made a phone call and sent out two emails so I can get to the bottom of this. Customer Satisfaction is a very important thing to me and I am disappointed in your bad experience. I will make sure this is resolved ASAP and find out what happened. Thousands of people each month get set up with the pro- gram and most everyone is happy and if they are not they get a refund right away. But unfortunately human error makes for a minimal amount of mistakes and a minimal amount of people slip through the cracks. It looks like you may be one of them..
