I am very sorry for jumping the hoop so fast on you guys. You were right the bank had my money all this time. Their rep gave me wrong information. Thanks to the credit refund receipt faxed to me by you, they “mysteriously” found the money on my account but “not deposited”!?

They are sending the money to me now and I told their supervisor Linda, to send an apology to you guys. She will be faxing and apology to the fax number used by _____________, to your attention. I am very sorry and I will make sure I update this incident in the www.xxxxx.com web site. I will also contact the Attorney General of Arizona and West Virginia and tell them about the correction made. If there is anything else you expect from me let me know.
Case closed. In the old days, I could have escalated my tone to match his and gotten into a confrontation with him. But I’ve learned over time that it’s not worth it. I can choose where and

how to spend my energy, and the couple of minutes it took to write a pleasant email and start the investigation into the matter was far less than if I had really taken his nasty tone to heart and then stewed about it all day. I chose to release that negative energy
