Totally Fulfilled
As you know, my parents divorced when I was young and we struggled financially. I hated it when we moved into a trailer, drove a beater of a car, and we couldn’t afford the clothes all the other kids were wearing. Growing up wanting and needing things made me want to be a success. Growing up, I grew vegetables at my Gram’s house, and sold them at a local farmer’s market. I then started holding garage sales. I would clean out a neighbor’s garage for free and then sell what they considered “junk.” In 7th grade I would buy Hubba Bubba bubble gum for twenty-five cents a pack and then sell individual pieces to other kids in the cafeteria for a quarter. I knew that hot lunch cost seventy-five cents and most of them would have a quarter left over. Later on in high school, I cut down trees and sold the firewood by the cord. Some of the same kids who had made fun of me were now my employees. I’ve been able to be as success- Many of my best students who have made a lot of money started without using their own money. I have made a fortune in a variety of ways without using a dime of my own money; rather, my desire fueled the success. If I used lack of money as an excuse I would still be fixing cars for a living. I’m not saying fixing cars is a bad way to make money, but I wanted more, as I am sure you do, too. You can change your financial destiny and make an absolute fortune starting with little or no money. You need to be in the game and not just sit around talking about it. Most likely you don’t have a rich uncle or family member who is going to leave you millions. Learning the secrets of working with no money can seem like a challenge. But really it’s like every- thing else in this book. Once you have the right core attributes, anything you plug into it is possible. I started with a lot of ideas and a willingness to take action. ful as I have not because I started with a lot of money. Instead, I started with a lot of ideas and a will- ingness to take action.
