A Rockland man allegedly passed away following an altercation with a neighbor, on November 6, according to a source. The incident allegedly occurred on the corner of Du Parc Avenue and St. Joseph Street area in the morning hours. As of press time, no confirmation or information could be obtained from the local Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment.
