The number of December detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 35% lower vs November (at 2,131) and 22% below December 2018. Detached sales decreased by 10% from November, to 521, but were up 71% vs December 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as the board area’s condo market favoured sellers. The benchmark price in December was $953,700, relatively unchanged vs the previous month and 1.2% lower year-over-year. The average sold price in December was $1.08M, 2% higher month-over-month and 6% higher year-over-year.
