The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 764 in December, 33% below last month and 26% lower than last year. At 286, townhome sales were down 19% vs November but 35% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 37%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in December was $514,900, relatively unchanged vs last month and 3% lower vs last year. The average sold price was relatively unchanged between November and December, at $568,004 while the average PSF sales price was 1.1% higher (at $370).
