There were 926 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in December, 31% lower vs last month and 27% below last year. At 313, condo sales were 16% lower in December than in November but 48% above December 2018. Increasing to 34%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in December was $405,500, relatively unchanged from November and 3% lower than in December 2018. The average sold price was $398,879 (3% above November), while the average PSF sales price was $455 (3% below November).
