At 64, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 33% vs last month and 34% below December 2018. The 21 townhome sales in December were down by 13 from November but 1 above December 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased, to 33%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. December’s benchmark price was $928,500, 0.9% below November and down 7% from December of last year. The average sold price was $1.03M (8% above November) while the average PSF sales price was $646 (1.6% above November).
