The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 158 in December, 42% lower month-over- month and 38% below December 2018. Condo sales decreased to 74, 26% lower month- over-month but up 111% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 47%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $549,700, was 0.8% above last month but 3% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $695,254 was up 10% vs November, while at $809 the average PSF sales price increased by 8% month-over-month.
