December’s detached sales (at 13) were down by 4 month-over-month but 6 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in December was unchanged at 20%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in balanced market territory. At $977,900, the benchmark price for detached homes was relatively unchanged vs November and 2% above December 2018. The average sold price of $1.06M was 1.3% above November and 3% higher vs December 2018.
