Condo listings in Squamish decreased to 44 in December 2019, 33% below November and 20% lower vs December 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 9 in December and unchanged month-over-month (at 12). Jumping to 27%, the sales-to-listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. December’s condo benchmark price of $486,500 was 2% lower month-over-month and 3% below December of last year. The average sold price was $430,458 at an average PSF sales price of $563 (down 4% and up 8%, respectively, month-over-month).
