Year-over-year condo sales were up 90% in December (to 169) but were 11% lower month-over-month. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 39%, reflect- ing seller’s market territory in Surrey. December’s condo benchmark price of $424,800 was relatively unchanged from November and 3% lower than in December 2018. The average sold price was $397,695 at an average PSF sales price of $499 (up 6% and down 1.8%, respectively, from November).
