At 490, the number of townhome listings in Surrey were 33% lower month-over-month and 25% below this time last year. Townhome sales, at 170, were down 10% vs November but 36% above last December. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey increased to 35% in December, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in December was $559,200, unchanged from last month and 4% lower vs December 2018. The average sold price was $587,741 (relatively unchanged from November), while the average PSF sales price was $376 (0.5% below November).
