The 17 townhome sales in December were 21 below last month and 2 higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes decreased to 45%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market continued to favour sellers. The townhome benchmark price in December was $880,800, 2% above November and 1.1% higher year-over-year. December’s average sold price of $857,118 was 7% below last month, while the average PSF sales price was $757 (up 10% vs last month).
