The 500 detached listings in Vancouver West in December were down 26% compared to November and 16% below December 2018. December’s detached sales (at 60) were down by 6 month-over-month but 27 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in December increased to 12% as Vancouver West’s detached segment transi- tioned to balanced market territory. At $2.92M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.6% above November but 7% below December 2018. The average sold price of $3.39M was 12% above November and 8% higher vs December 2018.
