COLORING CONTEST WINNER ANNOUNCED BY LET’S TALK TRASH NEWS!
Congratulations to Danica Smith, in Ms Heath’s Pleasant View Elementary third grade class, as the FIRST PLACE WINNER in Let’s Talk Trash News’ coloring contest. With 30 entries representing schools from K-8th grade, Danica’s creative touch captured the highest number of votes as the winner of the $25 cash prize and a retro lunch / school supply box that features her winning entry decaled on the outside. Second place winner was Erykah Rittenberry, in Mrs. Bagwell’s 6th grade class at Sycamore Middle School. There was a three-way tie for third place with an equal number of votes: Corinna Norris, in Mrs. Bagwell’s 6th grade class at Sycamore Middle School Clara Watson, in Mrs. Brenda Lawrence kindergarten class at Pleasant View Christian School John Hodgson, a student in Mrs. Proctor’s 4th grade at Pleasant View Elementary
Second and third place winners received a retro lunch / school supply box that featured their winning entries decaled on the outside. On a special note, Mrs. Bagwell’s 6th grade class from Sycamore Middle School had a 100% class participation! Congratulations to Mrs. Bagwell who received a very special cash award to help make some very special things happen in her classroom! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR YOUNG ARTISTS!
