Many adults live with one or more chronic health conditions, including chronic pain. How we think about these conditions on a day-to-day basis can greatly improve quality of life. PCOA offers healthy living workshops that teach people ways to manage their conditions to improve the quality of their lives. Workshops are interactive and mutual support and success build participants’ confidence in their ability to lead active and fulfilling lives. Small group workshops are offered either in person or virtually once a week for 2 ½ hours for six weeks.
