clinic locations to work out on your schedule during our regular business hours. SilverSneakers is a great way to improve your flexibility, enhance your fitness, improve your energy level, or just maintain your health in the great company of other active older adults. Regular participation can help you build muscular strength, improve joint mobility, and increase cardiovascular endurance, which lead to improved health and greater independence. The program also provides opportunities to expand your social network, strengthen friendships, increase your mental sharpness, and take part in social activities and wellness seminars.
