Roy Connolly, Managing Director, explained, “B.I. Electrical Services (NI) Ltd are proud to deliver high quality

electrical installations using experienced and qualified staff. Our staff is our greatest asset. The quality of our training and expected standards of our workforce are some of the reasons B.I. Electrical Services are a trusted supply chain partner for public contracts in Northern Ireland. “The launch of ECS Check as a Licence to Practise has provided a clear and straightforward system for meeting the LtP requirements and demonstrating to clients the qualifications, knowledge and high standard met by our electrical operatives.” More and more contractors are recognising the benefits of ensuring they have qualified workers on their jobs and raising standards to achieve competence. ECS uses a specially designed computer program to verify qualifications directly with awarding bodies like City and Guilds and EAL, so companies can have confidence in the process as well as helping to digitise this onboarding process through use of apps

for electronic verification. In helping to promote a safer working environment and raise employment standards, ECS Check plays an important role in establishing the highest levels of on-site competency in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
