To supply an E-WIND® STREAM winder and an E-WIND® RAPID slitter rewinder. The production line is designed to process carded materials with basis weights from 10 to 80gsm and web width up to 3600mm, delivering products for the textile clothing, artificial leather, and hygiene industries. To deliver a new debarking and chipping line to support increased wood chip supply. Valmet’s delivery scope covers a comprehensive solution for efficient wood handling, from log infeed to high-quality chips. The new debarking and chipping line is designed for a capacity of 425 tonnes of roundwood per hour. The line includes of a powered infeed conveyor, a Trunnion design debarking drum, a Carthage™ disc chipper, and belt conveyors. To build a flue gas condensing heat recovery facility at the EC4 combined heat and power plant to capture more than 50MW of heat from flue gases at biomass boiler plant by 2027. The delivery includes a flue gas condensing plant with three distinct condensing stages designed to maximize heat recovery. Valmet will also supply a condensate treatment system to process flue gas condensate for use as raw water in plant operations and an extension of the existing Valmet DNA automation system at the site. To provide comprehensive engineering services for this new integrated tissue mill. This greenfield project represents the largest single investment in the history of Faderco Group and will result in one of the largest and most advanced integrated tissue production complexes in Africa, doubling the Group’s tissue production capacity. To supply an Advantage DCT 200TS tissue machine, with the capacity to produce 65,000tpy of high-quality tissue. DCT 200TS comes packed with the latest stock preparation, tissue making and automation solutions. For tissue producers, this translates into low energy and water consumption, consistent high-quality output and comprehensive support. The new tissue machine line will have a width of 5.6m and a design speed of 2,200m/min. The delivery also includes an automation package covering Valmet DNA Automation System with process and machine controls. Complete mill engineering, installation supervision, training, start-up and commissioning are also part of the delivery.
