Know Your Audience

Once you’ve established your buyer persona or “patient avatar”, you’ll want to identify which platform is best for your business. For example, if your primary demographic is women, age 40 - 60, they likely spend the majority of their time on Facebook. This would be a great place to start building your social presence! If you want to enhance your B2B relationships and attract more physician referrals, consider using LinkedIn to showcase your services, expertise, and success stories. Choose The Right Platforms

Submit Custom Content Your digital account manager is eager and ready to help you level up your social media game and one of the best ways to help them do their job is by submitting custom content on a monthly basis. Share images of what’s going on in the practice, community involvement, or staff spotlights and your digital account manager can re-purpose to use across the different social platforms you’ve selected! Make sure to have written approval before you submit any photos with patients.

Use Your Social Marketing Dashboard

One of the best ways to grow your online presence is to show up consistently online. Posting once or twice a week is a great start but if you really want to see results, you have to show up OFTEN! Aim for 4-7x per week. We know you’re busy and don’t have time to be fussing with Facebook everyday, which is why we provide full access to our sophisticated Social Marketing Dashboard within the Business Center. You can schedule out an entire month’s worth of posts in one sitting and then not have to think about it again! If you have questions about whether you’re utilizing Social Media to its fullest potential, reach out to your Digital Account Manager to set up a time to speak.
