∞ If the home has been extended or remodelled, our recommendation is that the Day/Night air-conditioning system be upgraded to suit. The Day/Night air conditioning is designed to provide cooling/heating to only the living area or alternately the bedrooms. Acoustic protection, if required by council, is the client’s responsibility and is not included. Position of vents may vary from the display homes due to design constraints. Includes reverse heating cycle. General information and client obligations will be provided when you visit Your Home Air Conditioning (YHAC). All upgrades in cooling/heating capacity are not included and must be discussed at your electrical and heating appointments along with the extra upgrade costs. We advise that reverse cycle air conditioning is not suitable for cold climate areas and as such as a part of this promotion we will provide the optional replacement to a Day/Night 3 star Gas heating unit and Advanced Evaporative Cooling unit for customers who are building in an area classified as a cold climate zone.
