SmartCP is a compact Remote Monitoring Unit (RMU) designed to be installed at a CP riser post along a pipeline network to collect CP data automatically, check measurements against set alert criteria, and report immediately if alarm thresholds are exceeded. Drones are used for physical monitoring and data gateway to collect CP data along ultra-long-range pipelines without fixed connectivity.
