Dear Chair Erickson and Board of Trustees Members: The ASCWU Executive Team thanks you for the opportunity to report and overview for the 2018-2019 Academic Year. Our membership has consisted of the following offices, which will be given a portion of this letter. Edith Rojas – President Kane Lemasters – Executive Vice President

Bailey Kinker – Vice President of Clubs and Organizations Claire-Anne Grepo – Vice President of Academic Affairs Maurice Watkins III – Vice President of Equity and Community Affairs Jocelyn Matheny – Vice President of Student Life and Facilities Leah Mobley – Vice President of Legislative Affairs

As well, our organization has held a successful election, discussions of fee increases and supported and responded to tragedies and incidents on-campus this past year. We have been setting forth many moves in support of advancing this University for our student body, and representing their needs. ASCWU Officer Year Reports Edith has worked tirelessly to represent our Student Body for these past three quarters. As the 2018-19 VP for Academic Affairs, she brought insight and understanding into this organization and fantastic leadership. Under her leadership, she has moved this organization into a direction that values student input and has made efforts to go where students are. Past social media presence of the ASCWU has been revamped this past year, hiring KP Hall as our Publicity Director to manage and post to our social media sites. Edith has also began an ASCWU President’s Twitter, which has been used, with high turnout, to gauge student voices. This will be passed onto our incoming President-elect in continuing with meeting students where they can engage the most. Kane has been working for this year to create many new and exciting advancements for the Executive VP office. Committees, which have often been unfilled and vacant for long terms, have been brought to the forefront of this office. Also, as the Services and Activities Fee Committee member, he has taken steps to create more awareness of the services and areas that are funded for students and with their fees. As the officer charged with handling committee appointments, Kane has brought diversity and proper representation to the committees that are
