Do not allow your hips or pelvis on either side to drop. Hold for as long as you can work up to holding it for a minute a day.

BILATERAL KNEE TO CHEST While lying on your back with your knees bent, raise up both feet. Pull your knees to your chest. Hold for 10 seconds, repeat 3 times.
