Retaliation The Company will not retaliate against employees who request or take leave in accordance with this policy. Voting Leave CREA, LLC encourages all employees to fulfill their civic responsibility and to vote in public elections. Most work schedules provide sufficient time to vote either before or after working hours. If the polls are open for at least four consecutive hours before or after the work shift, you will be deemed to have sufficient time outside of work hours to vote. If you do not have sufficient time before or after work to vote, you may take enough time off at the beginning or end of your work shift to vote. Up to two hours' time off for this purpose will be provided without loss of pay. You must request time off to vote from your manager at least two working days prior to Election Day so that the necessary time off can be scheduled at the beginning or end of the work shift, whichever provides the least disruption to normal business operations. The Company will not retaliate or tolerate retaliation against employees who request or take leave under this policy. If you believe that you are being retaliated against because you requested or took leave under this policy, immediately report it to your manager or Human Resources.
