You must make reasonable efforts not to disrupt Company operations. You are encouraged to discuss the length and frequency of these breaks with your manager. The Company will not discriminate or retaliate against employees who express breast milk in the workplace in accordance with this policy. Wage Disclosure Protection In accordance with Washington law, CREA, LLC will not: Require, as a condition of employment, that you not disclose the amount of your wages. Require you to sign a waiver or other document that prevents you from disclosing the amount of your wages. Additionally, the Company will not discriminate or in any other manner retaliate against you for:  Inquiring about, disclosing, comparing, or otherwise discussing your wages or the wages of other employees;  Asking the Company to provide a reason for the amount of your wages or lack of opportunity for advancement; or  Aiding or encouraging other employees to exercise their rights under this policy. This policy does not require you to disclose the amount of your wages. If you believe that you have been discriminated or retaliated against in violation of this policy, immediately report your concerns to the Human Resources department. Nothing in this policy will be enforced to interfere with, restrain or coerce, or retaliate against employees regarding their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. General Policies Access to Personnel and Medical Records Files CREA, LLC maintains separate medical records files and personnel files for all employees. Files containing medical records are stored separate and apart from any business-related records in a safe, locked, and inaccessible location. The medical records file is the repository for sensitive and confidential information related to an individual’s health, health benefits, health-related leave and/or accommodations, and benefits selections and coverage. Medical records are kept confidential in compliance with applicable laws and access is on a “need-to-know” basis only. Supervisors and others in management may have access to your personnel file for possible employment- related decisions. Access to Personnel Files You may request to review and/or obtain a copy of your personnel file at least once annually. Your request will be granted within 21 days. You must review your personnel file in the presence of a Company representative. Copies will be provided to you at no cost. Contact the Human Resources department to submit your request. Review and Correction of Personnel Files You may request that the Company review your personnel file annually to identify and remove any irrelevant or erroneous information. Submit your request in writing to the Human Resources department. The Company will review the file, remove any such information if found, and notify you of the outcome. If you disagree with the determination, you may submit a written rebuttal or correction statement, which will be included in your personnel file.
