SLEEPING WITH SHOULDER PAIN?
Trying to find a comfortable position with shoulder pain can be a frustrating and tiring process. Here are some tips on how to sleep with shoulder pain. Avoid sleeping on your sore shoulder. Instead, sleep on your opposite side and make sure you have a pillow to help support your sore shoulder.
When sleeping on your back, don’t let your sore arm drop below the level of your body. Instead, hold a pillow to keep your sore shoulder supported.
