Pudsey Grammar School - Portakabin This project demonstrates how modular construction can rapidly deliver a sustainable, community-led, and inclusivesecondary education facility. Transforming outcomes for pupils with specific needs was made possible through ourfocus on innovation, collaboration and ensuring students were at the heart of the project. The John of Gaunt School, Trowbridge (25 Bay Modular Building) - Portable Offices (Hire) Limited The John of Gaunt School project delivered a 25-bay modular building with 11 classrooms, offices, and breakoutspaces - on a live site, during term time, with no disruption. Sustainable, collaborative, and innovative, itdemonstrates how MMC creates inspiring, adaptable facilities that directly enhance education and the widercommunity.
Urbanest Canary Wharf, 2 Trafalgar Way - Walsh Associates Ltd
Delivered at scale on a constrained urban site accommodating three high-rise buildings, this project pushes theboundaries of MMC,
by meeting Passivhaus performance, aviation height limits and complex
geometrysimultaneously. Early collaboration and design excellence demonstrate how this methodology can deliver certainty,quality and sustainability in adverse conditions. Watling Academy - The Qube This project shows the real advantage of MMC Category 2 panellised construction: speed and certainty withoutsacrificing choice. By avoiding some constraints of volumetric solutions, the building was shaped around how theAcademy actually wanted to use it, delivering spaces that are practical, flexible and exactly what they needed.
