1-1 Leadership Coaching A dedicated space to think clearly, lead confidently and move forward on what matters most. One-to-one coaching is one of the most pow- erful and time-efficient forms of professional learning available to educators and leaders. It is personalised, confidential, flexibly sched - uled and immediately focused on what mat- ters most to you, whether that is navigating a complex leadership challenge, preparing for a critical moment or simply creating the space to think more clearly about where you are headed. Working with a GCI accredited coach, you choose the focus. Your coach provides an im- partial, non-judgemental perspective, asks the questions that help you reach greater clarity, and supports you to identify and act on your next steps. Follow-up sessions provide the accountability to ensure that clarity becomes action.

Coaching is available in flexible blocks of hours to suit your needs and goals. A focused block of two hours across two or three sessions can provide targeted sup- port for a specific challenge or decision. Longer blocks of up to six hours enable the deeper, more sustained development that a full coaching cycle makes possible. HOW CAN COACHING HELP YOU? Coaching for Criticial Moments: Some- times two or three focused sessions are all you need to move forward on a specific decision, conversation or event: preparing for a difficult meeting, a key interview, an important performance conversation or a strategic change you need to communicate. Coaching for Transitions: Three or four sessions can support you through a significant professional transition: moving into a new role, navigating a shift in priorities or gaining clarity on where you want to take your career.
