THE CAP EXPERIENCE What makes CAP distinctive is the depth and richness of the learning journey. The program brings together four core components across 23 weeks: • Asynchronous online learning through curated readings, videos, discussion boards and practice activities on GCI’s Learning Management System, giving you the flexibility to engage with content at times that suit your schedule • Three live online workshops providing guided exploration of coaching theory, frameworks and skills with expert facilitation • Three facilitated small-group online workshops focused on coaching observation, practice and feedback in a collegial and supportive environment • Two one-to-one coaching sessions with a GCI coach, providing a personal and confidential space for reflection and development ON COMPLETION, PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE: • A Certificate of Completion of an EMCC Global Quality Awarded course
