Solutions Focus Coaching Masterclass Extend your coaching repertoire with a proven approach to positive change. The Solutions Focus Coaching Masterclass refines and extends your coaching practice by integrating pragmatic, evidence-based Solutions Focus methods more intentionally into your coaching and leadership conversations Solutions Focus is a powerful yet subtle approach to change. Rather than analysing problems, it directs attention to what is already working and builds on it, enabling coaches to move quickly and confidently towards progress, even in complex and unpredictable situations. In this two-day advanced course, you will explore how Solutions Focus integrates with the GROWTH Framework and key coaching skills, and leave with practical tools ready to apply immediately.
This course is delivered in partnership with the Centre for Solutions Focus at Work and is suitable for coaches who have completed the GCI Introduction to Leadership Coaching course or the Coaching Accreditation Program and have experience applying coaching skills in their role.
